SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING GUIDELINES

PRODUCT RETURNS AND PRODUCT DEFECTS/DAMAGES

YOU MUST INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON ARRIVAL TO ENSURE NO GOODS WERE DAMAGED. If damaged or defective please contact us immediately, but no more than 7 days after receipt of merchandise. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment, but we will always use the most economical & efficient means to ship your order unless you have a preferred carrier, in which case will be used only if the buyer agrees to assume any additional charges or responsibility for packages possibly lost or damaged in transit.  Any additional shipping costs incurred will be the buyer’s responsibility.

 

No refunds will be issued for the cost of shipping.

The details of our return policy are as follows:
The item(s) being returned must be in new and unused condition; 

  • The item(s) must be returned in its original retail packaging, with all hang tags attached, instructions, brochures, parts, and accessories (if applicable);

  • A restocking fee of 25% is deducted from all refunds;

  • If an item(s) being returned appears to be used and/or is missing any of its original components and packaging materials, a larger restocking fee is charged.  The restocking fee will vary depending on the condition of the returned merchandise;

  • Products returned in unsellable condition will not receive a refund;

  • The original shipping charges of the order are not refundable;

  • The return shipping charges will not be reimbursed; 

  • Any item(s) that originally shipped free to a wholesale customer (under a free shipping promotion), will be credited the product price plus applicable taxes less our incurred shipping cost and the restocking fee; and

  • The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please inspect the merchandise immediately upon receipt.  If you received a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 business days.  Authorization for a return of damaged/defective items will be issued at our discretion.  If you received the wrong product or your order is missing a product, please contact us within 7 business days and we will gladly correct our mistake.  We will not make any attempt to address complaints of defective or damaged products, incorrect products received or missing products after 7 business days.  It is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect the received merchandise

immediately and ensure that all merchandise delivered matches the order.

Returns must be approved by Ivy and Willow and accompanied by Original Order Number & Date of Purchase. Do not ship the item(s) until you receive an authorization email from.  After you receive the authorization email, securely pack the unwanted product(s) or the damaged/defective item(s) (along with all of its original components and packaging materials) into a box suitable for shipping.  Mail the product(s) with a copy of the order invoice (with the RMA written at the top) to: Ivy and Willow, 80 Meadow Drive, Forsyth, Ga. 31029. We will issue the refund promptly or ship the replacements of the damaged/defective product(s) to you after we receive the returned item(s).  Refunds are usually processed within 3 business days after receiving the returned goods. 

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from littlebarnapothecary.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
